Snowbird & Extended-Stay Booking Information

A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your total reservation balance.

The remaining balance for your first month is due 30 days prior to arrival. For stays extending beyond the first month, additional monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month during your stay.
