Planning an extended stay with UMB Vacations? Our Snowbird Program is designed for guests booking stays of 28 days or longer between November 1 and March 15, offering comfort, flexibility, and exceptional value while enjoying the Gulf Coast during the fall and winter months.

A 35% discount is automatically applied to qualifying stays during this period.

To reserve your stay, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total reservation balance. The remaining balance for your first month is due 30 days prior to arrival, with any additional monthly payments due on the 1st day of each month throughout your stay.

Because every stay is unique, rates may be negotiable based on the property, length of stay, and travel dates. We also offer optional mid-stay cleaning services and linen exchanges to help keep your vacation comfortable and worry-free.
